Description

Stationary compactors are intended primarily, although not exclusively, for the collection of materials where liquids are not present.

Selecting the correct compactor begins with its application. This compactor is most commonly used for the disposal of heavier dry waste or recyclables. The compactor is positioned and anchored to a concrete pad. A receiver container is then coupled to the compactor using heavy-duty hooks to secure it in place during the compaction phase. When the container is full the hooks are unlatched and the container is hauled away to be emptied. Stationary compactors range from small sizes for under the chute applications inside buildings to very large models which are intended for use at transfer station
