Vertical Balers. When it comes to baling, the vertical baler is the most popular and widely used model in the country.

These balers range in sizes from 36" bale width to 72" bale width and the size of the baler, and material being baled, will influence the weight of the bale. Ranging in size of bales produced, the vertical baler can be used for a variety of applications. Common uses for a verical baler are for cardboard, hard plastic, aluminum cans, some metals, paper, p.e.t. bottles, rags, plastic film, grocery outlets, hotels, shopping centers, manufacturing facilities, retail outlets, warehouses, distribution centers, department stores, recycling centers, hospitals

Typical sizes/models are:

  • 36" model with a bale size of 36"W x 24"D x 28"H and an average weight of 150 Lbs.
  • 42" model with a bale size of 42"W x 30"D x 48"H and an average weight of 750 Lbs.
  • 46" model with a bale size of 46"W x 30"D x 48"H and an average weight of 750 Lbs.
  • 60" model with a bale size of 60"W x 30"D x 48"H and an average weight of 800-1000 Lbs.
  • 72" model with a bale size of 72"W x 30"D x 48"H and an average weight of 1200 Lbs.

Horizontal Balers. For baling large volumes of material.

When baling large volumes of material the proper type and size of baler is critical. The piling up of material and creating the slowing or stopping of production lines can be costly. Horizontal balers are designed to handle large volumes, make dense bales, and be automated for labor reduction and safety.

Horizontal Balers are designed for ease of installation, operation and maintenance and most balers can operate manually or automatically with photo electric cell control. The Cram-A-Lot HE-60 is ideal for warehouses, users baling waste paper, corrugated, newsprint, office white, plastics, foam rubber, light aluminum and other recyclables without pre-conditioning or fluffing required.

Drum Crushers are designed to eliminate the storage required for bulky drums, focused on saving storage space. Drum crushers can reduce bulky 55 gallon drums to 1/6th their original size, producing an easy to handle disk. Several models feature an optional press head, which allows the operator to compact waste or other material inside of a drum, helping to reduce disposal cost and more efficiently manage waste and recyclables.

The towable cart is ideal for environments where trash or other materials need to be transported to a compactor in a remote location. The carts are conveniently placed for client’s deposits and then towed to the compactor and emptied when full.

These carts are available in half-yard (100 gal.) or full-yard (200 gal.) capacities. Each cart comes with a welded and gusseted tubular steel frame, powder coated frame for durability, and it is compatible with most cart dumpers (subject to weight limitations). It has a choice of several colors, an optional tow package, lids, non-marking caster wheels, and pneumatic tires

The Material Handling Carts are available in:

  • medium duty - 750 lb. load capacity

Poly Carts. The wide opening and low profile make it easy to load and transport small-scale materials.

These carts feature 60 and 90 gallon capacities with load limits to 450 lbs. They are a rugged rotational molded polyethylene tub with easy push/pull handling, an extra-heavy 11 gauge steel frame, and they are powder coated or plated frame for maximum durability. These carts are compatible with most standard dumping systems and come with a choice of several standard colors.

Security Carts. When document security is important.

Document security carts are the perfect compliment to shredding programs that require large capacity containers. They provide a durable and reliable secure collection method to ensure compliance and protect user data. Plus, document security carts are ideal for companies who shred large amounts of documents or follow data privacy protocol. These are available in 65 or 95 gallon capacity and secured with innovative external locking system. They feature a strategically located slot in lid to allow easy deposit of documents yet prevent unauthorized access. These carts have a 20 Year life expectancy, 12 inch wheels, are easily portable (tilting and pushing), and are compatible with standard dumping systems.

Towable Steel Carts. Featuring a choice of side pockets, end pockets, or bottom pocket for dumper lifting.

These carts have a body shell of 14 guage, full length reinforced caster mounts, heavy duty pocket bumpers, balloon cushion 8" casters with dual bearing systems, and steering tie-rod tow bars with ball bearing king pins.

The units have a flip-latch tow bar stow system, spring secured rear hitch, a bottom drain with plug, plastic lids that are double wall and domed, a secure "lid open" latching mechanism, and feature a rust inhibiting primer with industrial enamel - two coats!

Biostreme™ 111F foaming micronutrient concentrate provides a convenient solution to manage surfaces where noxious odors are generated. It is applied with a foaming applicator to visibly coat problem surfaces. The penetrating foam soaks into trash room floors, bins, and other problem surfaces, allowing the micronutrients to direct the microbiology of the decomposing organic matter.

This topical formulation is an elegantly simple solution to odor problems, originating from tipping floors, storage bins, and plant equipment surfaces. The foaming micronutrient blend can also provide effective visible coverage of lagoons and solid waste working faces. The product attacks odor in three ways. The foaming application visibly blankets the surface, ensuring even distribution, the Biostreme™ micronutrient blend manages the odor-producing biological processes at their source, and a powerful contact deodorizer provides immediate odor relief for long term treatment.

Biostreme™ is a micronutrient formulation which employs a natural, non-toxic, and a biodegradable blend of amino acids, essential oils, vitamins, minerals, purines, pyrimidines, and complex organic extracts that aid in organic decomposition without producing odorous byproducts. It is completely safe to handle and use, and employs no enzymes, bacteria or hazardous chemicals.

Industrial Waste Systems. Concentrated deodorizer for airborne and surface and odor management.

Airstreme HL 451 is an environmentally friendly contact deodorizer, formulated from a blend of essential oils, surfactants, and aromatics. The product contains no alcohols, and is non-hazardous, non-flammable, and completely bio-degradable. Its powerful deodorizing agents are water soluble, making it a highly versatile product for both topical and airborne odor control. It provides relief from acidic odors of sulfides and mecaptans, and for ammonia or ammine nitrogen-based odors.

This concentrated liquid can be safely applied directly to problem surfaces for immediate relief. Or, it can be diluted in water for spraying, misting, and fogging applications that eliminate odors in areas where wastes or waste by-products accumulate or are stored. AirStreme HL 451 can also be mixed directly into wastewater and standing liquids to control storage basin, lagoon, or holding tank odors.

Solid Waste Systems. Odor eliminating technology convert odor molecules into non-volatile compounds.

AirSolution 9204 counteractant is a complex blend of essential oils, odiferous organic compounds found in plants. AirSolution 9204 works through the process of odor counteraction to reduce odor complaints. The odor counteraction is a series of absorption and decomposition process, converting odor molecules into non-volatile compounds. This reduces both their odor concentration and intensity. AirSolution 9204 is optimized to eliminate the odors created by solid waste, industrial, and metals processing operations. It is non-toxic and non-corrosive in nature, making it ideal for a wide variety of applications. This product is safe to handle. Just fog or spray in areas where there will be human contact.

This solution is normally used for landfills, transfer stations, food waste, waste-to-energy, municipal waste water plants, manufacturing sites, solvent odor generations, metal casting, metal coating, asphalt, frp and resins, paint booths, exhaust stacks, roof and wall fan discharges, and processing areas.

Ventilation Systems. Provides both ventilation and odor control for point source areas.

The QCID™ system (Quick-Contact-In-Duct) features a contact time of 0.3 seconds. The system has the smallest footprint of any comparable odor control system and is an excellent choice when space is limited. This system is designed to use NuTech's Chi-X® or DeAmine™ Odor Eliminators. The targeted odors are oxidized organic odors for applications with fairly consistent odor loading.

Seasonal variation in ventilation requirements are accommodated by the use of a two-speed, or variable speed, fan motor. Fabricated from stainless steel, the QCID™ system can be supplied in sizes from 1,000 to 8,000 cfm for situations where the total static pressure requirement is 3.5" or less. Custom designed, the QCID™ is built to handle any needed air inlet and outlet configuration. Systems are typically floor mounted. However, mounting options are available to fit the site. Installation costs average 10 to 20% of the capital costs.

With a QCID™, NuTech guarantees odor reduction at the discharge stack to 200 odor units or less (D/T), with Butanol intensity of 3 or less. Butanol intensities as low as 1 are possible. Plus, effectiveness on hydrogen sulfide is limited to 1 ppm. If H2S levels exceed one ppm, companion treatment for H2S should be considered.
