Many equipment repairs or breakdowns can be avoided with an appropriate maintenance plan. Our chutes are extraordinarily durable, but everything that endures the kind of abuse and stress that these chutes go through make regular upkeep a good investment. CARE offers maintenance that includes thorough cleaning of debris in compactors; or in trash, recycling, or linen chutes, and any other kind of debris removal system.
CARE can extend a compactor’s life by providing ongoing maintenance. A compactor that receives regular maintenance can outperform and outlast one that does not. Do not take the chance of crossing your fingers and hoping that your compactor will just continue to run forever. You will have better performance and reduced costs with an ongoing compactor maintenance plan.
CARE currently services many internal trash and linen chutes throughout the northwest. Contact us and allow us to propose a plan to ensure your garbage chute, compactor, bagger, or recycling chute continues to operate in peak condition.
Our preventive maintenance plans are one of the best ways to ensure that your compactors and chutes stay in good repair and keep working efficiently. We offers various levels of compactor maintenance plans. A minor investment on prevention can help you maintain optimal performance, day after day.
The benefits of our maintenance plan include:
Optimized performance (your chute will continue to perform at peak condition) and odor control. Our technicians will check trash compactor equipment such as hoses, plc panels, hook-ups, hoses, cycle times, photo eyes, etc. And top off any necessary fluids.
Keep in compliance, minimize down time and lengthen the life of your equipment with a chutes preventive maintenance agreement.
Many sites contact us for help with odor control, compactor repair, and compactor preventative maintenance.
CARE's Preventative Maintenance Program
Designed to be cost-effective, extend the life of our customer's equipment, and to prevent problems before they happen.
The CARE PMP includes routine checks of your systems:
- Electrical (conduit, wiring, motor, switches ...)
- Hydraulics (oil level, lines and hoses, pumps, connections ...)
- Structural (body, seals, hinges, guides, safety covers ...)
- General Condition (appearance, mechanical, cleanliness ...)
And, after our service and inspection, we meticulously log and report what we checked, found, adjusted, and repaired. We extend the life of your equipment, typically save our customers a notable amount of money, and remove the worry of maintaining your vital waste equipment.
CARE Annual Chute Inspection
CARE performs a 32 point checklist to ensure your chute sysytem is at peak performance.
Protect your company. The CARE Team can perform your annual chute condition check, in accordance with NFPA 82. This relates to intake and discharge doors of Waste and Linen Chutes.
Our service professional checks that that discharge door rolls freely, inspects any cables, chains, and hooks for properly functioning, ensures the door frame is straight & has no build-up, and much more. They will check that the unit's intake is self-closing and operateing properly, and hinges and door frame on the intake are in good working order.
